CABRITO A LA NORTEÑA

Cabrito a la Norteña is a classic northern Peruvian dish. It is a hearty goat stew infused with cilantro served with rice, beans and fresh onion relish. Peruvian home made flavor at its best.

JALEA EMPANIZADA

Jalea Empanizada is a seafood dish made with fried calamari, shrimp, fish and yuca. topped with fresh onion relish. Our homemade sauces compliment this dish perfectly!

PARRILLADA POLLOS INTI

Parrillada Pollos Inti is a charbroiled grilled meat platter offering thinly sliced steak, a quarter chicken, a pork chop, sausage, plantains and fries.

These Peruvian cookies are filled with a creamy caramel confection made from milk and sugar. It's a light dessert and the perfect way to end your meal.

My uncles Luis and Jorge Pedemonte opened Pollos Inka Restaurant in 1986. As a result of Pollos Inka's success Luis opened Pollos Inti in 2001, and it has remained in the family ever since.

Pollos Inti is an authentic Peruvian Restaurant that has been proudly serving Northern Virginia area since 2001. Since then, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine an enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one flavorful dining experience.
